Everyone forms a large circle. Then three players are picked and stand outside the circle. Two of them will be the mice and one to be the owl. They are then all blindfolded the mice are led into the circle and handed something to make a light noise. They then move around the circle on their hands and knees. The owl is then led into the circle, the other players randomly and occasionally will make a "swish swish" noise to simulate trees swaying in the wind. The owl must listen for the mices" noise and try to tag them all. The players cannot move from the circle. Play continues until all the mice have been caught.
