One player is blindfolded. The leader then gives each of the other players a letter from a word. Avoid words with two letters that are the same, otherwise it can get confusing. So a word you could use if you had four participating players could be DUCK, with each player getting one of the letters. The blindfolded player, must then wander around and try to catch another player. When they do, that player uses their finger to trace the shape of the letter they have been given on "IT"S" hand. Once the blindfold player has got all the letters, they then have to try to guess the word.
