Using a MAGNETIC dart set, DO NOT USE A REAL ONE WITH SHARP POINTS - DO NOT DO THIS, use a MAGNETIC one. Place the board on a wall. Now blindfold both players, they then take it in turns to throw their three darts at the board. Working from a score say 101, though you could make it 501, 301 or whatever if you wanted. Play a normal game of darts subtracting the players score each time till they get their score out. You can decide if they should get it exactly or if they win by gettin down to zero or below. Don"t make it so you have to finish on a treble, you"ll never finish.
